Why UCI?

UC Irvine is a strong academic institution with very friendly and wonderful faculty. I immediately connected with the faculty and really felt at home here. There are several residency tracks in the family medicine program, which allow us to diversify our education. I also really like working at the Santa Ana clinic. It is very rewarding to work with our patients, and it is also a good challenge. I wanted a program that would equip me well with strong outpatient and inpatient training plus balanced training in other areas such as sports medicine and OBGYN. Finally, Orange County is a wonderful place to live.

Whole person care, primary care, sports medicine

Hobbies:

Freestyle soccer, attending church

Fun Facts:

Travelled extensively for both leisure, schooling, and freestyle soccer

Future Plans:

Work a balanced career in family medicine and sports medicine
