Why UCI?

I love the academic setting with the community feel as we have continuity clinic at a FQHC and a focus on the underserved! Most importantly, the residents seemed to feel supported and to be a caring, tight-knit group which was proven to be true as I started my residency here! Also, California.

Medical Interests:

Health equity, community oriented primary care, women's health, pediatrics, geriatrics

Hobbies:

Baking, crafts, collecting plants, ice skating, snowboarding on bunny slopes, reading

Fun Facts:

I fell in love with Primary Care when I learned about public health during my semester abroad in South Africa

Future Plans:

Broad spectrum care in an underserved setting and learning to be a better advocate for my patients
