Why UCI?

UCI has everything I'm looking for in a program--full-spectrum training, diverse patient populations, opportunities to explore niches within family med, supportive faculty and leadership, and some of the most compassionate, brilliant humans I've ever met that represent what family medicine is all about!

Medical Interests:

Full-spectrum family medicine, integrative medicine, geriatric medicine, immigrant and refugee health, women's health, health equity and social justice

Hobbies:

Hiking, biking, paddleboarding, snowboarding, anything that involves frolicking in the sun or climbing to high places

Fun Facts:

I'm an east coast transplant (originally from just outside Baltimore, lived in Philly for a few years). I came out to California for the first time to interview and fell in love with the program/people/area. Been loving every minute since. No ragrats!
